Irvine Jones Design where appointed in 2014 to obtain permissions to convert two existing flats back to the buildings primary use as one single family dwelling in Ealing, west London. In addition thge client also required extended living space on the ground floor.
In 2015 planning permission was granted to extend the ground floor to the rear of the property to accommodate additional living space and to form a large open-plan kitchen, living and dining area.
Works on-site commenced in 2017.
